ji188 Platform Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and ji188 (hereinafter "ji188", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website located at https://ji188.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Site").

ji188 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform serving Pakistani users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other locations throughout Pakistan. 03 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform — whether by navigating to https://ji188.cam, clicking any link that directs you to the Platform, or using any content or functionality available on the Platform — you unequivocally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices posted on the Platform from time to time.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case the terms "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity.

04 Account Eligibility

4.3 Single Account Policy

Where account registration is available on the Platform, each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is a form of Prohibited Conduct and may result in the suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts without notice.

4.4 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering an account or interacting with the Platform. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

05 Platform Use

5.1 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ji188 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use and for the purpose of accessing informational content about online gaming, sports betting, casino products and responsible gambling.

5.2 Informational Nature of Content

ji188 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, to facilitate fraud, or in any manner that is harmful to other Users or to the Platform.

07 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Information

ji188 does not process deposits or withdrawals and does not operate a payment system. All payment information presented on the Platform — including references to E-wallet services, bank transfers, Raast instant payments and cryptocurrency processing — is provided as general educational context describing how online gaming operators typically handle transactions.

• Transmitting or introducing any malware, virus, ransomware, trojan, spyware or other harmful code to the Platform.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance or availability of the Platform or related services.
• Using Platform content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from ji188.
• Engaging in any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any financial crime, terrorist financing or other criminal enterprise.
• Reproducing, redistributing, publishing or publicly displaying any part of the Platform's intellectual property without written permission.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, text, data compilations and software forming part of the Platform are the intellectual property of ji188 or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any of ji188's Intellectual Property. You may access and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use as permitted under these Terms. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation — requires the prior written consent of ji188.

Third-party trademarks, brand names and product names mentioned on the Platform, including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports organisations such as PCB, PSL and ICC, remain the property of their respective owners. 12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Warranty

12.3 Third-Party Operators

ji188 is not a party to any agreement between a User and a third-party operator and accepts no responsibility or liability for the conduct, practices, terms, payment processing, bonus administration or dispute resolution of any operator referenced on or accessible from the Platform. All disputes with third-party operators must be resolved directly with those operators.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ji188 operates, as determined by the platform operator. Nothing in this clause limits the application of mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws applicable in the User's jurisdiction.

ji188 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims any representation to that effect. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
